Smoking inside the accomodation is not allowed.
It is forbidden to jump from the floating sea house or to swim in the Marina. The beach is 50 m away.

Please notice the fire regulations.

Please consider the safety regulations, especially look after children, protect yourself and children from the possibility of falling down, drowning, climbing over the fence, falling down the stairs, falling between the pontoon, etc.
Cooking on the terrace is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.
Do not throw rubbish, food and drink or cigarette butts into the sea.
Do not throw anything into the toilet, except toilet paper.

The floating sea houses are intended for relaxation and rest, so please do not disturb the peace, especially after 10 p.m. and be considerate to other guests and neighbors.

In case of violations, we will be forced to report the disruption to the appropriate authorities.
If the neighbors are breaking rules and disturbing peace, please report it at the Marina reception on the tel. no. 056761100.
The floating sea house on the water was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, so we kindly ask you to use slippers (bring them with you).

The water sea houses are equipped with bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and some basic necessities such as a kitchen towel, a detergent, sponges and dishwashing tablets.
Always place the tablet on the bottom of the dishwasher before washing.

Please do not waste water unnecessarily and do not throw away the towels after the first use – we want to be environmentally friendly.
It is also possible to do laundry: in the Marina there are washing machines and dryers ( 4 EUR washing,  4 EUR drying).
Please separate waste and dispose it into apropriate containers. The ecological island is just a few steps away from the parking lot.
Our floating sea house has got free wi-fi.
You will find the username and password in the file in the house.
Only 2 devices can be used at the same time, therefore you have 2 usernames available (a total of 4 devices can be connected to wi-fi).
